Tim has been practicing law for more than 30 years.
He is a graduate of St. James High School, Pennsylvania State University
and the Temple University School of Law. Tim has been very active
in criminal and civil litigation.
While attending law school, Tim taught school, worked on the Commodore Barry Bridge and in the legal department of the Insurance Company of North America and then in the Legal Department of Southeast National Bank. Since graduating from law school, he has served as assistant counsel for Southeast National Bank, served as an elected official in the City of Chester where he was City Treasure, and then elected to the City Council as the Director of Public Safety, and then as the Director of Accounts and Finance. After Tim withdrew from service as an elected official, he began to devote his full time to the practice of law.
Tim has been very active in criminal and civil litigation. He has served as outside counsel to National Banks and Savings and Loan Associations, handling everything from simple collection matters to complicated Breach of Fiduciary Duty and fraud cases. In addition, he has been involved in numerous other types of civil litigation, and municipal law. He has represented Unions, Credit Unions, and Union Members.
Time is most proud of having worked on cases that established precedents in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. However, in spite of the fact that Tim enjoyed the privilege of representing some National and even some International clients, he still most enjoys representing friends and neighbors, and local businesses. In addition to practicing law, Tim has been very active in the Community, and has served in various volunteer capacities for St. Robert’s Church, St. John Chrysostom Church, the North Chester Civic Association and the Irvington Swim Club.
Aside from the time spent with his family, Tim’s primary source of pleasure is derived from representing clients in court.
