Ronald J. Examitas, ESQ. LL.M
Ronald J. Examitas, ESQ. LL.M Is a tax attorney concentrating his practice in the areas of business law and estate planning and administration. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Villanova University completing the requirements for his degree while working full-time at Ford Motor Company as a production control supervisor in their Microelectonics Division and at General Electric as a systems analyst. Ron received his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review and Chairman of the Villanova Bail Project, and received his LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Law School.

His legal career began as an assistant district attorney in Chester County, Pennsylvania before joining the Philadelphia law firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Wlaker & Rhoads where his areas of concentration were estate and trust administration, general business law and civil. During that time, he taught paralegal courses in federal estate and income tax at the Chester County campus of Penn State University.

Ron left Montgomery, McCracken to serve as chief corporate counsel to Tasty Baking Company. In his role as chief counsel, he served as a member of the executive planning committee responsible for advising on legal issues with respect to long-range corporate and departmental objectives, plans and policies.

After seven years with Tasty Baking Company, he returned to private practice representing individuals and business entities regarding general business and tax matters, estate and business succession planning, and probate estate and trust administration.

Most recently, Ron’s practice has consisted of estate planning and representation of high net-worth individuals, professional athletes and family owned business and has represented clients before the IRS with respect to a variety of federal estate tax issues.

During his career, he also acquired extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal courts and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Easten District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. He has also argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth courts.

As a result of his wide range of both legal and practical business experience, he is able to offer our clients a unique approach in responding to issues from the perspective of a businessman, tax lawyer and litigator.
